Together we will embark upon a journey towards improved self-confidence and a renewed appreciation of our own unique qualities. Joyful Movement This workshop will touch on the perceptions and approaches of the exercise and fitness industry, how to integrate accessible movement into your life, and how to develop and maintain a successful plan Nutrition Nutrition goes beyond what food is on your plate; it also has to take into consideration things like access, barriers, mindfulness, and culture. Resiliency This workshop will focus on learning cognitive self-care strategies and how to practice holistic healing. Sexual Health This isn’t your average Sex Ed course; it’s Sexual health 101, but with a fun Emoji twist! We are going to talk about barrier methods, consent, contraception, and STI testing with the help of our trusted friends. Sleep Hygiene With the demanding forces of academics, work, and family life, sleep is often put on the back burner of students' routines. This workshop will help assist students in developing sleep hygiene skills by learning to boost our productivity through proper rest. Stress & Health This workshop will go over the different types of stressors and how they can impact our productivity and overall wellbeing Life Transitions In this workshop, we will go over how to integrate a new life change into your life. This workshop will give you the skills to handle the stress that comes with major life changes as well as learning about resilience and positive mental attitude.
