Group visits are designed exclusively for high school students (9th-12th grade), teams, or community organizations with 15 to 60 student participants. If you would like to bring a group that includes more than 60 students, contact Campus Visits at campusvisits@pdx.edu before submitting a group visit request.
- Reservations are required.
- Submit your group visit request at least three weeks in advance of your preferred date and time so that we may offer you the best possible visit experience.
Elementary and Middle Schools: We are unable to host guided K-8 visits. We provide resources for K-8 groups to take self-guided campus tours and learn about our downtown campus.Â

Contact Campus Visits at campusvisits@pdx.edu if you are interested in visiting campus. Provide the following information in your email:
- School or Group Name
- Your Name and Phone Number
- Where you are coming from
- Total Number of Students
- Total Number of Chaperones
- Are you interested in an AM or PM Visit
- Any other information you would like to share with us

Confirmation
We will respond to your group visit request email within 3-5 business days. If the date requested is available we will send you a registration form for you to fill out. If you do not receive anything from us please do not hesitate to contact us.
Late/Cancellation Policy
±·´Ç³Ù¾±´Ú²âÌýCampus Visits at least one week in advance of your group visit if you need to cancel, modify your agenda or student count. Notify us as early as possible if you will be late for your group visit. Late arrivals may receive an abbreviated schedule. If a group is a no-show or cancels within one week or less before the scheduled visit we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill subsequent requests from the group.
